泰州市2010年居民意外伤害死因分析

Analysis on Death Causes of Accidental Injury among Residents in Taizhou in 2010

目的了解泰州市居民意外伤害死亡的原因及分布,为制定预防措施提供科学依据。方法采取ICD-10分类法,对该市2010年意外死亡资料进行分析。结果意外伤害死亡率为44.63/105(标化死亡率为34.58/105),占全死因构成比的7.02%,居全死因构成比的第3位。其中交通事故死亡占全部伤害死亡的构成比最高,为51.45%,其次是自杀、溺水、意外跌落、意外中毒;意外伤害死亡率男性高于女性(P<0.01)。结论意外伤害死亡较普遍,是关系着人群生命健康的主要危险因素之一,应引起重视,采取相应的预防干预措施,对减少意外伤害和降低意外伤害死亡率有十分重要的意义。

Objective To study the death causes of injury among the residents in Taizhou and to explore the prevention and control measures.Methods The data of accidental death of the city were analyzed by ICD-10 classification method.Results The accidental injury death rate was 44.63/105(standardized mortality rate 34.58/105),accounting for 7.02% of all the causes of death,ranking the third of all causes of death.Traffic fatalities,which were 51.45%,ranked the top in total injury deaths,followed by suicide,drowning,accidental falls,accidental poisoning;accidental injury death rate was higher in men than that in women(P<0.01).Conclusion Injury is a general death cause among inhabitants.It is one of the main risk factors for people's life and health.More attention should be paid and the measures should be taken for its prevention,and it will be important to reduce the accident mortality rate.
