苏州市各级卫生机构健康促进能力研究

Research on Health Promotion Capacity of Health Organizations at All Levels in Suzhou

目的通过分析苏州市的健康促进能力,为苏州市健康城市的能力建设提供新依据,为其他城市提供参考。方法在预先进行广泛动员和政府发文的基础上,所有研究对象知情同意,发放调查问卷,调查对象自主填写问卷,收集后做数据统计。结果苏州市各级卫生机构的个人、组织、环境健康促进能力及总评均到或超过3分,达到中等水平。不同能力在不同级别间的比较经方差分析显示无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论政府在健康促进能力方面进行加强,有利于促进健康城市的建设。

Objective Through the analysis of the health promotion capacity of healthy city construction in Suzhou,to provide a new basis for building the capacity of healthy city in Suzhou and other cities in our country.Methods With all subjects’consent based on mobilization and the government's document,they were investigated by questionnaire.The data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results The scores of health promotion capacity of health organizations at all levels in Suzhou reached or exceeded 3 points,so they reached the medium level.The result of variance analysis showed that there were no significant differences between different levels of health organizations in individuals,organizations and environment capacities. There were also no significant differences between different levels of health institutions in both organization health promotion capacity and environmental health promotion capacity.Conclusion Enhancing the health promotion capacity of the government is useful to promote the construction of healthy city.
