摘要
目的探讨专人专护对乳腺癌术后化疗患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响及体重、三酰甘油水平的变化。方法选择2005年1月-2008年12月9个村镇乳腺癌术后化疗患者120例,随机分为专人专护组和常规护理组,各60例。专人专护组主要对患者进行健康教育、心理咨询、鼓励患者参加沙龙活动、电话随访及家访、为患者配备合理膳食、督促患者定期合理运动等。常规护理组采用常规护理方法。调查工具采用Zung1997年编制的"焦虑自评量表"(Self-RatingAnxiety-Scale,SAS)和"抑郁自评量表抑郁自评量表"(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS),干预前后,两组患者分别进行SAS和SDS评分,以及测量患者体重及血三酰甘油水平。结果干预后,专人专护组患者的SAS和SDS评分、体重和三酰甘油水平较干预前下降,且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规护理组干预前后的各项指标差异均无统计学意义。结论专人专护可以促进乳腺癌术后化疗患者的康复。
Objective To study the influence on Psychological estate and physical and biochemical level of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy from January 2005 to December 2008 in 9 towns in Songjiang District were randomly divided into special nursing and general nursing group.The patients in the special nursing group were given health education,psychological consultation,called by telephone,took in salons and suitable exercise and their food was prepared by special pantrymen,and so on.The patients in the general nursing group were just provided nursing care routinely.Psychological estate in the two groups was evaluated with Self-Rating Anxiety-Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) .The weight and blood triglycerides level of patients were measured in two groups before and after interventions.Results After special nursing interventions,the associated levels and scores decreased distinctly,and there were significant differences in scores in SAS and SDS before and after interventions in the special nursing group(P<0.05) ,and also in the level of weight and blood triglycerides of the special nursing group(P<0.05) .There were no significant differences in the general nursing group before and after interventions.Conclusion Special nursing can effectively enhance the healing of breast cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy.
