高校教工健康生活方式干预效果评价

摘要 目的评价高校教职工健康生活方式的形成及改变情况,为今后深入推进健康校园建设,开展更合理、更具针对性的健康促进干预计划提供科学依据。方法随机抽取上海财经大学的教工400人进行健康生活方式的基线调查,使用统一问卷,通过健康相约院系行、健康大讲堂、发放宣传资料、健康网站、校报专栏等形式,有针对性地对教职工进行生活方式的行为干预。1年后同样随机抽取400名教工,比较其健康生活方式的知识、信念、行为改变情况。结果干预前、后高校教工在合理膳食、适量运动、健康意识方面有显著性差异,心理健康、戒烟、限酒方面无显著性差异。结论行为干预对教工健康生活方式的知识提高是有效的,但要改变人们的信念和行为需要不断改善和创新干预方法以及长期持续地进行干预。 Objective To evaluate the formation and change of health lifestyle among the staffs in colleges in order to provide a scientific basis for a more rational and more target plan of health promotion intervention to promote a healthy campus. Methods The baseline survey of healthy lifestyle using a uniform questionnaire was conducted among 400 staffs who were selected by randomly sampling from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Target behavior interventions on health lifestyle among staffs were carried out by health action in college and department, health lectures, materials, health information websites, and campus newspaper column. A year later, a survey of 400 staffs by random sampling was conducted to study the changes in knowledge, belief and behavior of healthy lifestyle. Results There were significant differences before and after intervention in terms of balance nutrition, exercise and health awareness, whereas there were no significant differences in mental health, quitting smoking and limiting alcohol use. Conclusions Behavior interventions are effective in improving the knowledge of healthy lifestyle of staffs. But continuous improvement in intervention approaches and long-term intervention are needed in order to change people's belief and behaviors.
