摘要
目的探索适合社区开展高血压自我管理和行为干预的有效方法。方法对玉宇和城西居委高血压自我管理小组活动前后的数据进行比较分析。结果经过6个月的干预,血压以及体重超标、吸烟、自信心、遵循服药等行为生活方式的比较,均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论玉宇和城西居委高血压自我管理还需加强健康教育指导和针对性的行为干预,才能达到并提高高血压自我管理的效果。
Objective To study the effective methods of self-management and behavior intervention of hypertension in communities. Methods It analyzed and compared the data of hypertension patients in self-management behaviors before and after activities in the two communities. Results After six months intervention, it found the statistics of overweight, smoking, self-confidence and guided medication had no significant change (P>0.05). Conclusion Health education and behavior intervention should be enhanced to improve the effect of hypertension self-management in Yuyu and Chengxi communities.
