积分制在农民健康促进中的应用效果评价

Effect Evaluation of the Application of Score Integration in Health Promotion among Countrymen

目的通过对健康促进积分制的应用研究,探索符合上海农村特点的健康教育与健康促进新方法,提高健康促进工作成效。方法运用社区对照的研究方法,干预区实施健康促进积分制,对照区开展常规健康促进活动,比较健康促进积分制干预效果。结果干预后,干预区健康知识知晓率和行为形成率上升显著。干预区农民的满意率、资料发放率、健康促进项目覆盖率、健康活动参与率等较对照区都有明显上升。对项目进行成本效果分析,综合知识知晓率成本效益比为0.54元/人;综合行为形成率0.79元/人,比对照区分别减少1.43元/人和1.25元/人。结论积分制在上海农村地区开展是可行的、有效的,可以极大地激励广大农民的参与性和积极性,提高他们的健康促进意识。

Objective To investigate new methods of health education and promotion suitable for Shanghai rural areas,by studying the application of score integration in health promotion.Methods Contrast analysis of the communities was adopted.Score integration was applied in the intervention community to promote health education while normal health promotion activities were carried out in the contrast community.The effect of score integration in health promotion was evaluated by comparing the differences.Results Significant difference exists between the intervention community and the contrast community in health knowledge rate and behavior formation rate.The countrymen satisfaction rate,the sending-out rate of publicizing material,the coverage rate of health promotion project and the participating rate were significantly rising.Conclusion Score integration is practical and effective in Shanghai rural areas.It can greatly encourage the participation and enthusiasm of the countrymen and promote their health promotion thought.
