合肥市居民死因分析及死亡报告存在的问题探讨

Analysis of Death Causes and Countermeasure Study on Problems in the Residents’ Death Report in Hefei

目的对居民死亡原因进行分析,针对死因统计工作中存在的问题,为政府部门制订相关干预措施提供依据,为此项工作的不断完善提供政策性研究。方法对2009年度卫生部门报告的所有死亡病例进行死因分析,同时将卫生部门收集的死亡数据与公安、民政部门登记的死亡数据进行对比。结果 2009年合肥市报告死亡率为403.75/10万,前5位死因分别是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、损伤中毒和呼吸系统疾病,相关部门的数据核对漏报率达24.08%。结论慢性非传染性疾病是该市最主要的死亡原因。死亡数据与相关部门核对发现,漏报现象严重,该市的死亡报告工作亟待加强。

Objective To provide bases for government departments formulating relevant intervention measures through the analysis of the death causes of residents in Hefei. According to the problems in the death statistcis , to provide a solution study for continuous improvement of this work. Methods Analyzing the death causes of all deaths in 2009 annual health departments report, while death data collected by health departments and public security, civil affairs department were compared to analyze the problems in our city death report. Results Reported mortality was 403.75 per 100 000,the top five causes of death were malignant cancers, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, injury and poisoning and respiratory diseases respectively. Conclusion Chronic non-communicable disease is the leading cause of death in our city. Through checking the death data with relevant departments, death missing report is serious. Therefore, death report should be strengthened in our city.
