摘要
健康行为改变理论的应用可以有效地改变人们的健康相关行为,增进健康。本文从4种健康行为改变理论在健康教育领域的应用以及存在的局限与不足方面,介绍了健康行为改变理论的应用研究进展。
The application of health behavior change theories could effectively change people's health-related behaviors and improve their health. The article analyzed the application and limitation of the four kinds of health behavior changing theories in health education field, and also gave an introduction to the application and research progress of health behavior changing theories.
