摘要
目的了解山东城市居民健康素养水平,为推动有针对性的健康教育工作提供依据。方法选取全省8个市,从中各抽取1个区作为调查点。每个抽查点随机抽取2个居委会进行入户问卷调查。采用SAS9.2统计软件进行分析。结果山东城市居民健康素养的总体水平为14.93%;具备基本健康知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能的人口比例分别是26.91%、14.89%和35.52%。结论调查结果显示山东省城市居民健康素养的总体水平仍然较低。
Objective To learn the health literacy status of urban citizens of Shandong Province and provide a basis for the future appropriate health education. Methods There were 8 target cities which were chosen from a total of 17 ones in Shandong province. One district from each city was randomly selected. Then 2 resident committees were randomly selected from each district. Door to door investigation was carried out in permanent resident population. The data was processed by SAS 9.2. Results The total health literacy rate was 14.93%. The rates of fundamental health knowledge and philosophy, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic health skills were 26.91%, 14.89% and 35.52% respectively. Conclusion It showed that the overall health literacy level of urban citizens is still low in Shandong province.
