安徽省金寨县初中学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查分析

Survey about Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of AIDS among Secondary School Students in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province

目的了解初中学生的艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为,为开展学校艾滋病防治健康教育活动提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,在金寨县初级中学中抽取4所学校,再在所抽中的4所学校的初二年级中随机整群抽取4个班级,对所抽中的16个班级中所有到校学生进行问卷调查。结果共有863名学生参加调查,其中男性467人(54.1%),女性396人(45.9%)。艾滋病8条基本知识的知晓率在为26.4%~78.0%之间,艾滋病知识知晓率为22.7%;无偿献血知识知晓率为51.2%;艾滋病治疗知识知晓率为40.8%;美沙酮知晓率为19.8%;自愿咨询检测服务知晓率为57.1%;对有关艾滋病防治态度的3个问题的正确率为66.6%;向周围的人传播过艾滋病知识和信息的比例为26.2%,主要传播对象有朋友和同学。结论本次调查显示初中学生艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为水平不高,亟待提高。我们将利用艾滋病防治综合示范区的项目为契机,加强学校艾滋病健康教育活动。

Objective To identify the levels of AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice among secondary school students in Jinzhai, in order to provide baseline data for the school AIDS education project. Methods By using a random cluster sampling method, students in 16 classes were selected in 4 schools with 4 classes in Grade 8 each school. All students in the 16 selected classes were investigated with structured questionnaires. Results Among 863 participants, 467 were males (54.1%) and 396 were females (45.9%). The AIDS knowledge rates of the 8 basic questions were from 26.4% to 78.0%. The total knowledge rate of AIDS was 22.7%. The knowledge rate of voluntary blood donation was 51.2%. The knowledge rate of AIDS prevention and treatment was 40.8%. The knowledge rate of methadone was 19.8%. The knowledge rate of HIV voluntary counseling and testing was 57.1%. The rate of having positive attitude toward AIDS was 66.6%. And the rate of disseminating AIDS information was 26.2%, with friends and classmates as the main targets. Conclusion The survey showed that the levels of knowledge, attitude and practice of AIDS are low among secondary school students in Jinzhai. We would develop school AIDS education activities in Jinzhai to solve the problem.
