昆山市成年女性心理健康状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Mental Health State about Adult Female in Kunshan City

目的了解昆山市成年女性心理健康状况水平,并为其提供合适的心理健康知识和心理援助,以提高其心理健康素质。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,通过标准化设计的问卷进行匿名调查,调查人群年龄为18～85岁。数据应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查599位女性,其中84.4%认为自己的心理很健康;56.1%认为自己能够正确的评价自己,接纳自己;54.9%认为自己的情绪稳定;55.2%认为自己的意志健全;76.1%认为自己有良好的人际关系。结论从整体情况来看,昆山市女性的心理健康状况处在正常的水平,但是在接纳自我、情绪稳定、意志健全这三个方面的心理健康问题比较突出,值得关注。

Objective To understand the mental health state in adult female Kunshan citizen and to provide them psychological health knowledge and help for promoting their mental health disposition.Methods By stratified random sampling from population,the anonymous tests through standard design were carried out and,the sample's age is between 18 and 85.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software.Results A total of 599 women were tested.Among them 84.4% subjects considered themselves no problem in psychological health;56.1% subjects could assess and accept themselves correctly;and 55.2% subjects with sound mind and 76.1% subjects with excellent interpersonal relationship.Conclusion Totally no aberrance expressed the psychological health state in the female Kunshan citizen,while there was still an outstanding problem worthy of note in three aspects of psychological health,including how to accept themselves,how to stabilize their mood and sound their mind themselves.
