摘要
目的了解并总结虹口区社区健康咨询点现况,以进一步规范咨询点的工作,为提高社区健康咨询服务的可及性和便利性提供建议。方法采用问卷调查与现场观察相结合的方法,对全区所有咨询点的硬件、软件配备情况、咨询员开展工作的情况以及服务对象对咨询点知晓率、满意度进行综合评估。结果90.39%的咨询点挂牌,79.00%的咨询点开放时间为半天,77.00%的居民认为咨询点对社区居民非常重要,提出了增加健康教育资料、调整咨询内容等建议。结论居民对咨询服务点的总体评价是满意的,但咨询点的整体服务水平还有待提高,咨询服务的时间和内容还有待于调整和完善。
Objective To understand and get a conclusion about the health inquiry service places in Hongkou District,formulate a standard for the health inquiry work,provide suggestions to improve the accessibility and convenience of the health inquiry work.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in the whole district.The questionnaire focuses on the hardware units,the human resource,the current situation of the health inquiry work,and the residents' satisfaction on the health inquiry service work.Results In all 231 health inquiry service places,90.39% have regular service signs for the work place;the opening periods for 79.00% health inquiry service places is half a day;in 300 investigated inhabitants,77.00% consider that the health inquiry service place is important for them;and give some suggestions on the health inquiry work.Conclusion The general assessments of the residents for the health inquiry service places are good.But the overall level of the health inquiry service places needs improvement.The service time and the content should be adjusted and perfected.
