参与式健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治中的应用

Application of Participating Health Education for Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者及家属的健康教育方式。方法采用个体指导、集中培训、相互交流等健康教育方式,实施个人、家庭、医院"三位一体"的预防治疗策略。结果患者及家属COPD的基本知识知晓率明显提高,减少了患者急性加重的次数及并发症的发生,提高了患者的生活质量,减轻了经济负担。结论参与式健康教育增强了对COPD患者及其家属教育的针对性、可行性和持续性,在COPD防治中是一种有效而经济的方法。

Objective To explore health education mode od of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) for patients and their families.Methods It used some health education ways such as individual guidance,focus training,and exchange,and carried out prevention and treatment strategies of three-in-one of individual,family,hospital.Results basic knowledge rate about COPD abviously increased,number of acute exacerbation and occurrence of complications reduced,and life quality of patients improved.Conclusion Participating health education can enhance targeted,feasibility and sustainability of health education for patients and their families,and is an effective and economical method in COPD prevention and treatment.
