陕西省健康教育业务能力建设水平分析

Analysis of Health Education Capacity Building in Shaanxi Province in the Year of 2006 and 2008

目的客观地比较和分析陕西省健康教育工作的发展水平,为今后制定全省的健康教育发展政策提供依据。方法以陕西省2006年度、2008年度的健康教育统计报表为基础,进行相关数据统计分析。结果2008年与2006年相比,健康教育机构人员总数增加45.9%;本科以上学历人员比例提高了4.79%;中级以上职称人员比例提高了2.12%;健康教育专业人员培训次数减少了3.70%;国家级杂志上发表健康教育论文数量下降29.2%。结论随着对健康教育事业的重视,全省的健康教育队伍建设取得了一定进步,但科研能力水平却出现了下降,需要在今后的工作中高度重视。

Objective To comparatively analyze the development level of the health education in Shaanxi Province in an objective view, this paper aims to provide a scientific basis for health education policy making in Shaanxi Province. Methods Based on the annual health education statistics in Shaanxi Province in the year of 2006 and 2008, relevant data have been analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the data of 2006, the following dimensions have changed in 2008: the number of employees in health education institutions has increased 45.9%; the number of staff with bachelor degree has increased 4.79%; staff swith intermediate professional qualifications have increased 2.12%; the frequency of the professional training of health education has decreased 3.70%; the publication of papers on health education in national magazines has decreased 29.2%. Conclusion With more importance being attached to the provincial health education, the team development and security of operating expenses of this sector have achieved visible progress. However, the capacity of scientific research has stagnated and should be strengthened in the future.
