摘要
本文阐述了人性化护理的定义、在临床中的应用、特点及意义。说明在医院全面推广人性化护理,将有利于提高医疗质量,有利于和谐护患关系的建立。
In this paper, we described definition of humanistic nursing care, clinical application, characteristics and implications. It Indicated that the comprehensive promotion of humanistic nursing care for the hospital will help to improve quality of medical care and establish harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
