江苏省“居民健康素养评估学习系统”运行结果分析

Analysis of Records of Health Literacy Assessment and Study System in Jiangsu Province

目的通过对居民健康素养评估学习系统进行分析,评价该系统的运行效果。方法利用记录跟踪方法记录所有记录并进行判断,利用SPSS统计软件,分析健康知识知晓率和行为形成情况,以及各知识点的正确情况。结果通过测评系统得到的总体知识知晓率为79.28%,行为形成率为89.11%。江苏省参加本次测评人员的知识知晓率为79.27%,行为形成率为89.13%,与外省相比无统计学差异。各知识点的正确率高低不等。结论利用居民健康素养评估学习系统测试可得到人群知识知晓情况和行为形成情况,并可实时测评各地健康知识水平和健康素养知识的薄弱点,进行有的放矢的健康教育,提高居民健康素养水平。

Objective To analyze the records from the Health Literacy Assessment and Study System,and further analyze the health knowledge rate and the possessing rate of health behaviors.Methods The records were collected by all kinds of ways and judged according to the standard.The answers to the questions were analyzed by SPSS software to get the health knowledge rate and the possessing rate of health behaviors and the correct rate of the answers.Results The total health knowledge rate was 79.28% and the possessing rate of health behaviors was 89.11% by analyzing the health literacy assessment records.For Jiangsu Province,the health knowledge rate was 79.27% and the possessing rate of health behaviors was 89.13%.There was no statistic difference between Jiangsu Province and other provinces.But the correct rates of 66 items of health literacy knowledge were different.Conclusion The Health Literacy Assessment and Study System can be used to get the health knowledge rate and the possessing rate of health behaviors,to further find out the shortcomings of health education and to strengthen health education so as to improve the level of health literacy.
