摘要
目的分析普陀区2002年～2008年糖尿病死亡特征。方法收集2002年～2008年上海市死因登记系统中相关信息。结果2008年普陀区居民标化死亡率为17.71/10万,2002年～2008年糖尿病死亡率增长了1.79倍,平均增长速度为10.17%。结论糖尿病是普陀区居民的主要死因之一,应针对人群的不同年龄和性别,采用不同的防治策略。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of death caused by Diabetes in Putuo District of Shanghai from 2002 to 2008.Methods The data were collected from Shanghai death-cause registration system from 2002 to 2008.Results The standard mortality of Diabetes in Putuo District was 17.71 per 100000 in 2008.Diabetes mortality had a rise of 1.79 times from 2002 to 2008,with 10.17% annual average increasing rate of Diabetes mortality.Conclusions Diabetes is one of the main death causes of residents in Putuo District.Different methods of control and prevention should be applied to Diabetes in different ages and genders.
