上海市闵行区健康促进志愿者服务状况与需求分析

Investigation on Health Promotion Volunteers' Service Situation and Demands of Minhang District

目的了解上海市闵行区健康促进志愿者参与活动的动机、目前的服务状态及相关需求,探索健康促进志愿者组织管理的有效方法。方法采用问卷调查方法,共调查708名健康促进志愿者。结果广播电视的影响、社区居委干部的鼓励发动和志愿者之间的相互带动是志愿者参与志愿服务的主要影响因素。健康促进志愿服务形式主要是提供保健服务/指导和知识宣传,分别占91.10%和72.60%。志愿者对健康知识培训的需求较高,但不同学历层次、专业背景和职称分布的志愿者对培训的需求存在差异(P<0.05)。结论健康促进志愿服务在健康城市建设中发挥了重要作用。有关志愿者管理部门须充分利用媒体的作用,积极鼓励年轻人和卫生专业人士参与健康促进志愿服务;在组织培训活动时兼顾不同层次志愿者的需求;重视志愿活动经费保障和志愿者的利益维护。

Objective To know about the motivations, current service levels and demands of health promotion volunteers in Minhang District, Shanghai.To explore effective management for health promotion volunteers.Methods 708 registered health promotion volunteers were interviewed with a standardized questionnaire.Results The main factors influencing volunteers' participation and service were broadcast & TV, encouragement of community leaders, their knowledge & skills on service.The main service patterns of the health promotion volunteers were providing health care/health care guidance and publicizing health knowledge, which is 91.10% and 72.60% respectively.The volunteers had fairly urgent demands on being trained for higher knowledge & skills levels.However, there is significant difference in the demands of volunteers with different educational or professional background(P<0.05).Conclusion The health promotion volunteers play an important role in building health city.Policy makers should make use of media to encourage young people and health professionals to be volunteers and try to protect volunteers' rights and interests.When training volunteers, organizers should take the volunteers' different demands into account.
