摘要
某电厂汽轮机油运行过程中颜色逐渐变为墨绿色。通过油质检测、红外光谱分析以及pH调节等试验分析表明,油中含有少量易劣化成分在运行中产生氧化,劣化产物,在弱酸性条件下呈绿色,导致运行油颜色异常,且油质部分指标超标。经对变质汽轮机油进行吸附剂再生处理,运行油颜色恢复正常,油质达标。
The oil color of turbine in a power plant turned dark green during the operation.Such experiments as oil detection,infrared spectrum analysis,and pH adjustment test were performed.The results showed that,the oxidation and deterioration products of the minor constituent in oil,which deteriorated easily during the operation,presented green in weakly acidic condition,caused the abnormal oil color and over standard oil indices.After the adsorbent regeneration treatment,the oil color returned to normal,and the oil indices satisfied the requirements.
