摘要
大学生就业力是体现大学生群体人力资本特征、促进高等教育和劳动力市场良性互动的核心,其政策意义和理论价值日益受到关注,但仍缺乏明晰的概念界定和建立在实证研究基础上的测量方法。在定义上我们应明确,大学生就业力是高等教育对个体发展的综合作用,它是由通用职业能力、专业能力、专业支持技能和个性特质四个独立因子构成的多维结构。我们应在信度、结构效度和预测效度等方面进行综合检验,以构建起具有系统性和一致性的关于大学生就业力的概念与测量框架。
The employability of university graduates which draws increasing attention recently,plays a key role in facilitating positive interactions between higher education and labor market,and embodies the human capital characteristics of college graduates.However,the basic definition is still controversial and empirically supported measurements are very rare.In this article,graduate employability is defined as individual educational achievements with four dimensions,which are generic skills,professional abilities,supportive skills and personal attributes.Through empirically testing reliability,construct validity and predictive validity,this article provides a systematic and consistent theory framework of the definition and measurement of graduate employability.
