4种药物对仔猪大肠杆菌病临床疗效试验

Efficacy of 4 kinds of antibiotics on piglet colibacillosis

为筛选临床治疗猪大肠杆菌的有效药物,采用人工感染仔猪大肠杆菌的方法,应用氟苯尼考、小诺霉素、盐酸诺氟沙星、痢菌净注射液进行临床疗效比较试验,结果表明,氟苯尼考为首选,小诺霉素次之,盐酸诺氟沙星与痢菌净疗效相当。

4 kinds of antibiotics,such as florfenicol,micronomicin,norfloxacin hydrochloride and mequindox were adopted to study their effects on piglets artificially infected with colibacillosis.The results showed that florfenicol present the optimal curative effect;gentamycin micronomicin was the second;then followed by norfloxacin hydrochloride and mequindox,which had similar curative effect.
