不同中药复方对崂山奶山羊屠宰性能的影响

Effect of different herbal compound on the slaughter performance of Laoshan dairy goat

本文旨在研究不同中药复方对崂山奶山羊屠宰性能的影响。试验选用体况良好、年龄相近、质量(24.09±1.25)kg的4月龄崂山奶山羊公羊20只,随机分为5组,即对照组和4个试验组,每组4只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个试验组在日粮中分别添加1.2%的复方紫锥菊提取物(试验Ⅰ组)、自制产品2(试验Ⅱ组)、自制产品3(试验Ⅲ组)、自制产品4(试验Ⅳ组)。结果表明,各中药复方均可显著提高崂山奶山羊羔羊的胴体质量和屠宰率(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组崂山奶山羊胴体质量分别比对照组提高40.52%、16.38%、7.76%和29.31%,屠宰率分别比对照组提高27.80%、14.80%、11.99%和23.38%;各试验组眼肌面积均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高20.31%、14.82%、47.31%和30.30%。表明各中药复方均可不同程度地提高崂山奶山羊羔羊屠宰性能,其中复方紫锥菊提取物效果最好,钩吻等中药复方次之,提示该2种中药饲料添加剂在羔羊育肥方面有良好的推广利用价值。

This article aims to study the effects of different herbal compound on the slaughter performance of dairy goat.20 four-month-old Laoshan dairy goats rams that in good health and weighted(24.09±1.25)kg were chosen and divided randomly into 5 groups of 4 dairy goats,that was one control group and four test groups.The dairy goats in group one were fed a basal diet,and the dairy goats in test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed the basal diets plus 1.2% compound Echinacea extract,homemade products 2,homemade products 3 and homemade products 4,respectively.The results showed that the carcass weight and dressing percentage of Laoshan dairy goat lamb in test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 40.52%,16.38%,7.76%,29.31% and 27.80%,14.80%,11.99%,23.38%(P<0.05) compared with that of control group;the eye muscle area of Laoshan dairy goat in test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 20.31%,14.82%,47.31% and 30.30% larger than that in control group(P <0.05).In summary,all homemade herbal compounds could improve the slaughter performance of Laoshan dairy goat,and compound Echinacea extract achieved the best results followed by Gelsmium elegans and other herbal compound among them.
