OA是一种在世界范围学术领域通过互联网免费共享学术文献信息资源的"学术共产主义"运动。本文从OA解读、国家图书馆OA地方志文献资源及其利用方式3方面,对中国国家图书馆开放存取(OA)地方志文献资源及利用进行了探讨。
