摘要
目的研究二氢二醇脱氢酶(DDH)在乳腺癌组织中的表达,初步探讨其与乳腺癌的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测DDH在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,并比较DDH在不同分化程度与临床分期(TNM分期)癌组织的表达变化。结果DDH在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且在分化程度低的肿瘤组织中的表达强于分化高的肿瘤组织(P<0.05),但在不同TNM分期肿瘤组织中的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论DDH在乳腺癌中呈高表达,且与组织分化程度有关,推测其可能与乳腺癌的发生发展有一定关系。
【Objective】 To study the expression of DDH in tissue of breast cancer and its relation with breast cancer. 【Methods】Immunohistochemistry was adopted to test the expression of DDH in tissue of breast cancer and tissue beside tumor,the differences of DDH expression were compared in breast cancer with different TNM and dif-ferentiation. 【Results】The expression of DDH in tissue of breast cancer was higher than in tissue beside tumor,and higher in the poorly differentiated tumor tissue than in the well differentiated tumor tissue (P <0.05),but there was no difference of DDH expression in breast cancer with different TNM. 【Conclusion】The expression of DDH in tis-sue of breast cancer is high,and is relative to the differentiation of tumor. So we conclude that the high expression of DDH may be relative to the pathogenesis of breast cancer.
