摘要 目的观察按照"先进后出"规律设计的加压阶段吸氧气操舱法(方法Ⅱ)是否优于传统的加压阶段吸空气操舱法(方法Ⅰ)。通过比较两种操舱法的临床效果进一步验证"先进后出"规律的存在。方法观察和比较方法Ⅰ与方法Ⅱ的临床应用效果:包括两方法的临床疗效,不良反应和并发症率的比较。结果方法Ⅱ的疗效较好(P<0.01),不良反应和并发症较少(P<0.01),并且方法Ⅱ的治疗时间较短,治疗成本较小,安全性提高。结论采用空气加压舱进行高压氧治疗时应采用加压阶段吸氧气法,环境气压变化时的气体出入人体确实存在"先进后出"规律。 【Objective】To verify the law of gas getting into or out of the body during changes of environmental gas pressure by clinical application. 【Method】Two methods of cabin operation were used. In procedure Ⅰ the patients were asked to inspire air,and in produce Ⅱ the patients were asked to inspire oxygen during compression stage. The complications,adverse and curative effects of two procedures were compared. 【Results】The complications,adverse effects of procedure Ⅱ were markedly less than those of procedure Ⅰ and curative effect of procedure Ⅱ was markedly more obvious than that of procedure Ⅰ. 【Conclusion】Produce Ⅱ in which patients are asked to inspire oxygen during compression stage is good,and 'first enter last exit'law of gas saturation and de-saturation exists.
