摘要
我国《环境保护法》亟待修改,但在如何修改的问题上尚未达成一致意见。国外环境立法模式经历了从环境单行法到综合性环境法再到环境法典的变迁过程,值得我国借鉴,环境法的法典化不失为我国环境立法模式的一种路径选择。
China's environmental protection law needs amending,but there is no answer about how to amend.The models of environmental legislation in abroad have a changing process from single laws to comprehensive laws and codes.It is a experience that worths learning.The codification of environmental law should be a path choice of china' s model of environmental law.
