Investigating on Vowel's Overall Character of Human Languages Based on Comparing Sounds of Nature Language with IPA Pronunciation

本文考察了26种自然语言中的元音与11位学者根据元音图所发国际音标的声学特征,将其中主要元音进行声学实验比较,进而考察它们在分布范围、分布方式、系统性等方面的异同,从而发现其中隐含的一些规律。并对人类语言主要元音的声学共性和国际音标系统的有效性作了一些探讨。

This thesis inspected the vowels' acoustic features of 26 languages and those pronounced by 11 scholars,compared the main vowels of them,and then observed their similarities and differences in distribution range,distribution mode,systematicness etc.,thus discovered some cryptic discipline of the acoustic features of the factual pronunciation of the IPA symbol system.We also did some investigation of the acoustic overall character of human languages and the validity of the IPA system.
