Study on training strategy of specialized persons in sports and training

利用专家访谈、问卷调查等方法就运动训练专业人才培养策略进行调查研究。结果表明运动训练专业学生培养的学习形式应体现多样化、灵活性;课程设置突出应用性、创造性,应以"精品课程"为课程建设目标;授课方式突出实效性、现代化;教师素质紧跟时代发展。

The research group carried out investigation and research on the training strategy of specialized persons in sports and training with the help of the talk with experts as well as questionnaire,etc. The results indicate that training should be in accordance with the following aspects:studying patterns should be various and flexible;the setting of the courses should highlight applicability and creativity,and the development of the courses should have 'quality courses' as target;instruction should be practical and up-to-date.
