马克思政治经济学博大精深,其中关于人类经济社会发展基本规律、生产资料所有制、商品价值、企业经营和社会再生产等10方面的理论是西方宏微观经济学中所没有的。马克思政治经济学包含了经济建设的指导理论。中国的经济建设实践如果缺乏马克思政治经济学的指导,不仅经济改革难以展开和深化,就是经济运行和经济发展,也将因理论缺失而举步维艰。学习和运用马克思政治经济学理论必须紧密结合中国的经济实践。在这个过程中,弄清哪些话不是马克思说的,哪些话是马克思没有说的,那些话是马克思说的但并不具有直接套用意义的,哪些话是马克思说的但需要根据发展了的实践予以进一步发展的,哪些话是马克思说的但在目前条件下尚难实现的等问题,对于推进马克思主义的中国化是至关重要的。

Marxist Political Economy is extremely extensive and profound, Which consists of ten theories such as the fundamental principles of development of human economic society, the ownership of productive means, the value of commodity, the operation of business and the social reproduction. These theories are missing in Western Macro and Micro Economics. Marxist Political Economy contains fundamental theories of economic construction. Without the guidance of Marxist Political Economy, not only the economic reform, but also the economic performance and development, can not be carried out and deepened. The application of Marxist Political Economy must be closely integrated with economic practices in China. In this process, One should understand clearly about what words were not said by Marx; what words Marx did not said; what words were said by Marx but should not be applied directly; what words were said by Marx but should be applied with the practice development and what words were said by Marx but could not be solved at present time, all of which are crucial for developing Sinicism of Marxism.
