生产资料对使用价值形成是不可或缺的;以劳动手段、原材料等表现的不变资本是使用价值生产的物质条件和商品价值的承担者,而表现价值、承载价值却不能创造价值。企业主参与经营管理具有组织生产过程和剥削过程的两重性。私营企业主参与管理监督通常有四种情况,在生产过程中创造的价值极其有限。私营经济具有两重性,私营企业主与被雇用者的矛盾是客观存在,不能忽视。

Means of production are absolutely basic for the formation of use value of commodities.The constant capital,such as instruments of labor and raw materials provide physical conditions for use value production and are carriers of the value of commodities,but not the creators of value.Entrepreneurs' management has the dual characters:organizing the production process and exploiting the workers.The private entrepreneurs' management and supervising behaviors played minor roles in the creation of value of commodities.Private economies exhibits its own duality,and we cannot neglect the objectively existed contradictions between private employers and employees.
