道尔—岩井论争与利益相关者论的系谱及其演变

Dore-Iwai Debate and the Pedigree and Change of Stakeholder Theory

发生在利益相关者论阵营内部的道尔—岩井论争不但体现了不同类型的企业治理机制在西方国家的攻防转换,而且为我们把握利益相关者论的系谱和变化规律提供了契机。这场论争的根源在于双方来自利益相关者论阵营的不同流派,对政治力量是否应该对治理机制的演变具有决定性影响这一问题存在不同判断。同时,对市场经济演化规律的不同理解导致双方对企业治理机制的变化方向具有不同认识。本文认为,将治理机制的技术基础问题纳入分析视野有助于化解双方的对立并促进作为治理机制论的利益相关者论的发展。

The debate between Dore and Iwai,two leading scholars from the same school of stakeholder theory,represents the trends of the on-going change of corporate governance in the western countries.The debate originates from their different attitudes about the political aspect of the change of corporate governance and the difference between their opinions about the evolution of market economy.In this paper,we argue that taking the technical foundation of competitiveness into account will not only reduce the oppositions between Dore and Iwai but also bring the stakeholder theory a more sound micro foundation.
