摘要
劳动与资本的关系是市场经济下各种经济关系的基础。随着我国向社会主义市场经济体制转轨,市场化的劳资关系已取代计划体制下的劳动用工关系,在这个过程中,劳资矛盾开始凸显和激化。如何妥善处理劳资双方的利益矛盾,构建和谐的劳资关系,已成为现阶段中国经济和社会发展中一个不容回避的重要问题。
The relationship between labor and capital is the base of economic relations under a market economy.As China's transition to a socialist market economy system , the relation of labor employed under the planned economy has been replaced by market-oriented relation between labor and capital in the process , labor-capital relation began to highlight and intensify.How to handle conflicts of interest between employers and employees , to build a harmonious labor-capital relation , has become an important and in-evitable issue in the process of China's economic and social development.
