经济增长、货币中性与资源配置理论的困惑——虚拟经济研究的基础理论框架

The Puzzle in the Theories of Economic Growth,Monetary Neutrality and the Resources Allocation——The Basic Thoery Framework of Fictitious Economy

一般均衡理论、货币中性理论与内生经济增长理论构成了当代主流经济学的基本理论框架,这个框架的论证依赖于经济学的数学化发展。经济学的数学化被等同于经济学的科学化,将纯粹的数学逻辑与纯粹的自由主义价值观和政治取向结合在一起,使得主流经济理论越来越远离现实经济。美国经济的虚拟化清晰地显示出虚拟经济直接创造GDP,并导致美国经济中的就业岗位创造与GDP创造严重脱节的二元化经济模式,这使得假定GDP创造与就业创造一致的经济增长理论完全脱离了美国现实经济。马克思关于资本均衡配置先于价格决定从而先于资源配置的理论为我们考虑更符合实际的资源配置理论提供了重要启示。建立包括描述货币变量直接创造GDP的经济增长理论有条件地承认"货币非中性",在客观描述虚拟经济资金配置功能和风险积聚与配置功能的基础上重建资源配置的一般均衡理论,就是正在形成的虚拟经济研究的基础理论框架。

The general equilibrium theory,the monetary neutrality theory and endogenous economic growth theory compose the basic framework of modern mainstream of economics,the argumentation of which is depended on the development of mathematics.Mathematization of economics is thought to be more scientific.The logic of pure mathematics,the pure value and political orientation of pure liberalism make the mainstream economics divorced from the real economy.The fictionalization of American economy proves that the fictitious economy could create GDP directly as well as the dual economy in American which make the employment growth could not catch up with the economic growth.The theory that the GDP and employment grows together could not explains the real economic growth.In the economic theories of Marx,equilibrium of capital is decided before the equilibrium of price as well as the resources allocation,which gives us an idea to understand the real economic resources allocation.We should construct economic growth theory with the fact that money variable creates GDP,acknowledge the non-neutrality of money under certain conditions,and reconstruct the general equilibrium theory based on the fictitious economy which gets the function of fund allocation and risk accumulation,all of which compose the basic theory framework of fictitious economy.This framework will contribute to promote the economics in accordance with the reality.
