当前的金融危机不仅限于抵押贷款市场,而且伤及了银行业系统。20世纪70年代以来的去监管化增加了金融业的脆弱性,人们相信金融系统可以自行调节以解决困难。但是,金融业的不正当发展导致了危机,因此需要对金融系统进行转型。西方发达国家政府以不同形式将国家的主要银行国有化。银行业的国家所有制有助于建立一种有利于经济整体发展的普惠金融业。但是,解决银行业问题只是应对危机的一个步骤。

The current financial crisis is not restricted just to the mortgage-periphery of the financial system, but afflicts the banking system.From 1970s,the de-regulation has amounted to the fragility of finance,whereas people believe that the financial system can make adjustments automatically to cope with problems.However,the overdevelopment of finance had led to crisis.Thus,the financial system needs to be transformed.Governments of western developed countries nationalize their leading banks in multiple ways.The public ownerehip of banking system can serve the purpose of building an inclusive financial system,which can promote overall economic development.But dealing with problems in the banking system is only one step in confronting the crisis.
