金融危机后国际金融体系改革的思考

Reforming the International Financial Architecture in the Post Financial Crisis Era

全球金融危机将现行国际金融体系的内在缺陷和弊端暴露的淋漓尽致,危机也表明了改革国际金融体系、构建国际金融新秩序至关重要。建立公平、公正、包容、有序的国际金融新秩序是国际金融体系的改革方向。在未来改革国际金融体系的过程中,中国应当把握的重点是:发挥中国在亚洲金融合作中的作用、与新兴市场国家和发展中国家共同促进改革、提高中国在国际金融市场的定价权、提升人民币在国际货币体系中的地位。

The global financial crisis revealed the limitations and disadvantages of the current international financial system.Meanwhile,the crisis also manifests the great importance of the reform and reconstruction of the international financial system.Constructing an impartial,fair,inclusive and orderly international financial system should be the direction of the reform.In the process of international financial system reform,China should pay much attention to the following four points:playing due roles in the Asia financial cooperation,uniting the emerging markets and developing countries to promote the reform process,boosting the China's position in the international financial market and enlarging Renminbi's influence in the international currency system.
