On the Market-oriented Economy with Public Economy as Dominant

作为经济制度,社会主义无非是公有制为主体的市场经济,它比私有制为主体的市场经济具有更高的效率,更多的公平。在市场正义与公有制正义相互叠加的理论基础上,我们的市场经济在发育过程中必将形成以劳动平等为核心的比私有制市场经济更高程度的公平与正义。按照公有制的发展逻辑,中国的经济模式必须超越"政府主导",在人民群众的自主参与下提升社会主义的制度正义。

Socialism is the market-oriented economy with public economy as dominant.Therefore, the belief system of socialism is still with public ownership as the core.This paper discusses the relative advantage of different realization ways of public ownership in market competition and the overall potential efficiency,and believes that in the process of continuing reform,we will be more confidential with public economy's efficiency in the market condition.On the basis of the two theories,this paper analyzes the relationship between market justice and public ownership justice,and believes that in the development process of market economy,there will be fair and justice with labor equality as core,and much advanced than privately owned market economy.And the paper points out at last that,with the development logic of public ownership,Chinese economic pattern will exceed 'government dominant' and perfect the socialist institutional justice under the charge of the people.
