总结30年来中国改革开放的发展历程,可将对外开放划分为四种模式:试验探索模式、全面开放模式、体制接轨模式、互利共赢模式。这四种模式各具特点,指导了不同历史时期的对外开放并取得了巨大的成就。归纳对外开放模式的特点可以发现,从实际出发、与改革紧密结合、模式的渐进性、依靠自力更生、正确的理论指导是对外开放取得成功的原因。改革开放以来,中国确立了对外开放的基本国策,逐步融入了经济全球化的历史进程。总结中国30年来对外开放的发展历程,可以将中国对外开放的历史进程划分为四个阶段或四种模式:从1978年改革开放起到20世纪90年代初的以建立经济特区为特征的试验探索模式;从1992年邓小平南方谈话到20世纪末的进一步扩大对外开放的全面开放模式;从2001年到2006年以加入世界贸易组织为契机的体制接轨模式;2007年后对外开放进入新阶段的互利共赢模式。

The development process of china's thirty year's reformed and opening up has been summed up in this article.And the opening to the outside world can be divided into four modes:the exploration model;overall open model;system link model;mutually beneficial and win-win model.The four models with different characteristics has guided the different historical periods to the opening-up and made tremendous achievements.In summary,the characteristics of opening-up model are proceeding from actual condition,closely integrating reform,the progressive models,relying on self-reliance,and the correct theoretical guidance.They are the reasons for the success of opening to the outside world in China.
