摘要
为了将制度纳入一个统一的分析框架中,新制度经济学利用一系列表现实物的概念术语,力图寻求一套不变的逻辑体系。这使制度分析缺少必要的基本制度背景,因而不能得出正确的制度分析结果。对于企业制度,考虑到资本主义经济的基本制度特征,我们就会得出不同于新制度经济学的一些结论。新制度经济学必须在彻底改造自己的同时弥补主流经济学的制度真空,从而也从根本上改造主流经济学。
New institutional economics used a series of concepts reflecting substance in order to embrace institution in a analyzing framework,setting up a set of consistent logic system.This made analysis lack of general background so that it can't get the right outcome.Considering the general character of capital economics for firm institution,we can get some conclusion different from new institutional economics.The new institutional economics must change itself thoroughly and fill in the vacum of the main economics,so reconstructing the main economics through its foundations.
