制度主义中的“康芒斯传统”

On the "Commons Tradition" in Institutionalism

本文系统归纳了康芒斯的理论体系,并从其中提取了一个制度变迁理论,认为这个理论是康芒斯思想的核心,也是支撑他的政策主张和改革实践的思想基础。另一方面,本文把康芒斯的思想放在制度主义的整个发展历程中来评论,认为制度主义思想史中所谓的"康芒斯传统"并不存在,并分析了康芒斯的学说为什么没有被制度主义的理论主体所吸收的主要原因。

In this paper,the author sums up Commons's institutionalist theories,and abstracts his institutional change theory.The author argues that the institutional change theory is the core of Commons's idea and the basis of his policy suggestions and reform practices.Furthermore,the author reviews the Commons's idea by the development process of institutionalism,concludes that there is not a 'Commons tradition' in the history of institutionalism,and analyzes why Commons's theory has not been absorbed by institutionalism.
