摘要
企业内部的劳动力市场是一种不同于新古典模型的劳动力市场制度安排。近年来国外关于内部劳动力市场的研究已成为企业理论以及劳动经济理论的前沿领域之一。这些研究拓宽了新古典理论,深化了人们对市场经济体制下制度安排多样性的认识,在一定程度上推动了微观经济学的变革。本文在吸收这些研究成果的基础上,集中探讨了内部劳动力市场的运作特征及其效率问题,并发掘其对于我国企业与劳动经济理论研究和就业体制改革所可能具有的借鉴意义。
The labor market inside firm is a different kind of employment arrangement with the neo-classical pattern. The recent researches on this topic have been becoming the frontiers of economics in the western countries. These researches pushed people to go beyond the neoclassical frame and seek new insights into the institutional variety under the market system, thus brought some innovations in micro-economic theory. Based on the recent literature in this field, this article will inquire into the character, rationale of the internal labor market, the restraint to its efficiency, and make clear that what lesson can be learn for us from the theory and experience on internal labor market.
