对饭店人力资源配置导向的实证研究

摘要 目前,我国饭店业出现的一个矛盾现象是:一方面,我国饭店业正朝着饭店大国和饭店强国的方向发展;另一方面,饭店人力资源部的招聘工作却日益困难。在这样的行业背景下,很多饭店纷纷把布草洗涤、公区卫生和安全保卫等业务外包,从而集中人力来挖掘已有员工的服务潜力。通过实证调查,发现饭店业在人力资源配置中主要以业务量、员工能力、节约人力资源成本和员工忠诚为细分导向。因此从理论上来说,高星级饭店应以高品质服务为总导向,经济型饭店应以便宜的房价为总导向,学校的实验饭店应以学生培养为总导向,由此从人力资源配置导向的角度,寻求解决饭店业迅猛发展与人才匮乏之间矛盾的途径。 The present dilemma in China's hotel industry is the great gap between its speed of development and its difficulty in stuff hiring.Hotels outsource their work such as lawn maintenance,washing,hygiene,and security as a means to focus their present stuff on professional service.Empirical study found hotel human resource distribution is guided by volume of work,capacity of stuff,human resource cost,and employee's fidelity.Therefore,theoretically,high star hotels should be led toward quality service,economic hotels toward inexpensive room rates,and school campus experimental hotels toward the training of students.Direction-guiding of human resource distribution can serve as a measure to solve the problem of growing demand for hotel employees.
