Practising Rights of Subsistence and Development:A Study of Peasants Workers' Ttraining Reasons

生存权和发展权是人权的重要组成部分。农民工培训的直接目的是解决农民在城市如何生存的问题,农民工培训的根本目的是要解决农民在城市如何发展的问题。本文正是基于生存权与发展权对农民工培训的原因进行分析,以期科学揭示现阶段我国农民工培训的关键性问题,为有效开展农民工培训提供理论上的参考。

Rights to subsistence and development are an important part of human rights. The direct aim to train peasant worker is to solve the problem of how the farmers survive in cities,and the fundamental objective of training them is to solve the problem of how they develop in cities. This paper analyzed the reasons why peasants should be trained on the basis of subsistence right and development right,so as to reveal the key problems in the training of peasant worker at this stage of our country,hoping to provide theoretical reference for training peasants effectively.
