改性固体强酸树脂催化合成己二酸二甲酯的研究

摘要 以ZnCl_2改性的固体强酸树脂为催化剂,精己二酸和无水甲醇为原料,采用反应釜式半连续酯化工艺合成己二酸二甲酯。考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、原料醇酸摩尔比、甲醇消耗量等因素对己二酸转化率的影响,最佳反应条件为:反应温度90℃、反应时间8h、催化剂用量为己二酸投料量的8%、醇酸摩尔比为2.5:1、己二酸酯化率大于99%。 Using ZnC12-modified solid acid resin as catalyst,the adipic acid and methanol as raw materials,the dimethyl adipate is synthesized by by semi-continuous esterification in reactor.The efects of reaction conditions which includes reaction time,catalyst content,molar ratio of methanol to adipic acid and consumption of methanol are analysized.The optimized reaction conditions are reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 8 h,amount of catalyst 7.5%,molar ratio of methanol to adipic acid 2.5:1,the conversion rate of esterification reach 99%.
