本文介绍了填充型导热绝缘高分子材料的导热机理,讨论了影响填充型导热绝缘高分子材料导热性能的主要因素,展望了导热绝缘高分子材料的发展方向。
The thermal conducting mechanism of thermal conductive and electrical insulating polymer materials-filled was described. And the effecting factors on thermal properties were discussed. The development direction of thermal conducting and insulating polymer composites was put forward.
