化学镀钛酸钡复合吸波材料的制备与表征

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备钛酸钡,考察不同温度对其形貌和吸波性能的影响,并在制得的粉体上采用无钯、银氨溶液化学镀覆镍钴合金,得到化学镀钛酸钡复合材料。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对样品的形貌和粒径进行表征,利用XRD对样品的物相进行分析,并利用矢量网络分析仪对粉体的吸波性能进行测试。结果表明:在煅烧温度为850℃时,钛酸钡粉体为单一的四方相,颗粒近似四方形状,大小均匀,存在少量团聚;钛酸钡粉体的最大吸收峰值为3.7dB-3.8dB,而且随着镍钴比的减小,复合材料的吸波性能逐渐增加,当镍钴比为1时:4时,化学镀覆钛酸钡(850℃)的吸波性能最佳,吸收量为6.5-6.8dB。 AThe ceramic particles of barium titanate was synthesized by traditional sol-gel method,effects of different temperature on the morphology and the absorbing properties is studied in this paper, electroless plating of nickel-cobalt on the surface of the obtained power was performed using palladium-free activation,the barium titanium composites is obtained. The morphology and particle size were characterized by TEM and SEM,the crystal phase of the sample was analyzed by XRD and the microwave absorbing properties were studied by vector network analyzer. The results shows that the crystal phase of the sample was approximately single square shape, uniform size, and there is a small reunion;the absorption peak of barium titanate powders is 3.7dB-3.8dB when the calcination temperature is 850℃.But it is also found that the absorbing properties of composites increased gradually with the ratio of nickel and cobalt reducing.When the ratio of nickel-cobalt is 1:4, the barium titanate(850 ℃) composites has the best performance, the absorption capacity is 6.5-6.8dB.
