城市金融犯罪的特征:犯罪对象的特定性,犯罪领域的行业性,犯罪手段的智能性,犯罪形式的隐蔽性,犯罪形态的复杂性,犯罪后果的严重性;防范金融犯罪的对策:强化金融内部的安全管理,加强金融监管工作的法制化、制度化建设,做好相关的刑事司法工作。
This present paper discusses the property of the municipal financial crime, and produces the precautions against this crime in law.
