针对传统绝缘杆试验过程中的操作不规范、作业安全风险高、工作效率低下等问题,基于电力行业高压试验专业技术标准对绝缘杆试验装置进行了重新设计。该装置的研制成功和应用,规范了绝缘杆试验过程,减轻了试验人员的劳动强度,提升了工作效率,提高了试验现场对试验结果的分析判断能力,具有较高的推广应用价值。

For nonstandard operation,job security risk higher,work efficiency lower scheduling problems which existing in the traditional insulating rod experiment.designed the new insulating rod experiment device based on the professional stalldards.Because of the device of successful development and application,standard for the insulation rod test process,reduced the labor intensity of the test personnel,improved the working efficiency,for the merits of the new device,improved the scene of the experiment on the analysis of test result judgment,it has high popularization value.
