从发电厂几例断路器合闸失败现象入手,分析探讨断路器合闸失败的原因,针对断路器控制逻辑、控制回路、合闸线圈安装方式的不合理以及驱动件行程变大造成的断路器合闸失败问题提出对策并进行成功处理,为解决类似问题提供参考。

Starting from the power plant a few circuit breaker closing failure phenomenon,the paper analyzes the reasons for circuit breaker closing failure,point at the control logic of circuit breaker,the control loop,the closing coil installation mode was not rmasonable and driving a larger trip causing circuit breaker closing failure propose the countermeasure and successful treatment,providing reference for solving similar problem.
