摘要
通过新旧生态环境影响评价导则HJ/T19-1997和HJ19-2011的对比分析,对两个导则中八个方面对应内容的差异逐一进行了解析。以帮助读者了解新旧导则的异同,有利于更加深入地理解和使用新生态环境影响评价导则。
By comparison and analysis of Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Asseaament Ecologi-cal Impact HJ/T19-1997 and HJ19-2011 , we analyses difference of two guidelines in eight aspects of the corresponding contents to provide help for better understand and use of the new guideline.
