摘要
建立了蒸汽发生-原子荧光检测锌的方法,系统地分析了原子荧光检测锌的仪器条件与样品检测条件,并用该法测得自来水中锌的含量:1.720mg/L;精密度:2.87%;检出限:1.38mg/L;加标回收率:92-98%;结果与火焰原子吸收法进行对比,原子荧光光谱法检测锌方法可行。
We established steam generation - atom fluorescence spectrographic method to determine zinc, analysed instrument condition and sample detecting condition of it and obtained zinc content in water. The zinc content was 1. 720mg/L, the accuracy was 2. 87%, the detection limits was 1. 383ng/mL and the recovery of standard addition was 92-97%. The result is better than flame atom absorption method .
